Reminiscence
Thursday, December 31, 2009 || 7:17 PM

My dashboard is filled with blog updates about everybody's thoughts about this year and their new years resolution/whatever. Hahah, it's quite interesting reading these amazing blogs though, and it has inspired me to write one for myself.

One thing I really want to do before midnight today, is to write myself a letter.
I did it last year at school, a letter to your graduated year 12 self, and they keep it for you until you graduate. So I'm going to write another one to myself this year and I won't look at it until the end of year 12. Imagine how fun it would be reading it! Hahah, but I reckon that by then, I'd probably look back and think: "What a lame kid I was .."

Compared to last year, I think everything has changed so much. Completely different friendship groups for many, new friends, new relationships, new aspirations, new looks, different views on life, and definitely a growth in maturity.

Another extremely different thing for me this year, wells ever since Tiffany came, I've been eating so much more. Hahah, I blame you for my weight gain .. /daggers. Joking joking!

To my most awesomest bunch of girls at SAC;
I'm glad nothing has changed this year, maybe a few small issues with thingo, but I'm so glad to have you guys as who I would call, 'my group'. Lol, everyone's gotta have a group but seriously, you ladies are the best anyone can get. Our parties (excuses to eat), high moments, moments with cake, all those shouts by Rita at recess and lunch, bitching, rages and dagger moments about 'ahem', Tina's laughs, the kissing card games, Nga's &*(&(*& pinches and slaps when playing torture, Jenny's obsession with musicians, Tiffany's obsession with food and makeup, Duyen's snacks, Jessica's cakes and our Tuesday morning rants about Monday night's episode of FlashForward, and Tiffany&Rita's fobiness are only a few aspects of our group which makes us not like any other groups. I could list on forever.
Next year will be even better.

My blogger screwed up after this paragraph so I'm not going to bother writing about anyone else but I have to mention a few special peeps still; Vivian and Julie especially. These days I have been so close to you guys, I think. No, wait really. I loarve yous. Bec too! Too bad I don't get to see you tonight. But have an awesome New Years everyone! (Hahah,I almost wrote Christmas)

Til the morning sunrise,

which I didn't get to see, no matter how late I stayed up.

'Behind every great love is a great story.' - The Notebook

Thanks to a particular someone, who I shall blame if I happen to fall extremely ill because of these all-nights, last night I managed to keep myself awake until a bit past 6AM. It was quite fun though, trying to keep myself up for that long. We managed to finish watching 'The Notebook' ! Wow, not many guys would watch it but then again, it's Wilson so what can you expect? He's the ultimate chick flick expert. (I'm exaggerating here, or am I?) Although, I really have to contradict the ratings for the movie, for overall, I personally didn't find it very dramatic as most happenings were quite predictable and neither was it a 'syrupy tearjerker'. It didn't even make me the bit teary, however I'm not that much of a person who would cry for such things anyways.

My grandma caught me up at 2 in the morning apparently, but I didn't notice, guess I was that into the movie hey? I overheard them having a 'nice' little talk about me when my mum woke up at 6. It's feels strange to just listen to people talk about you. Thanks to these super early morning birds, we didnt - ARGH PINS AND NEEDLES . ** We didn't get to watch 'The Love Guru'. Took ages to decide the next movie to watch as well. Almost watched Hannah Motana movie, lol. (Y) Would've been cool watching a horror flick but nah, I'm too much of a pussy to.

Oh, and also I had to continuously open and shut my laptop which was really annoying because I kept thinking someone was up and awake. Consequently, msn kept signing in and out for me whenever I would shut it.

Gay, wonder if you can change the settings for it.
So that it would return to the screen you were on before you shut it, because mine goes back to the login screen when I open it again. Suggestions anyone?

Lets chase our love
Monday, December 28, 2009 || 7:35 PM

Chris Brown is still awesome

For these next few days the Wii, DS and my laptop will be my best friends. I'm sleeping over someone's house, and guess who that someone is ? ;) My brother's mother's sister's mother's place. So in other words my Grandma's. That's right. Imprisoned here until new years. (not really) But yes, I'm missing home already. But then again, they have two 2 litre tubs of ice-cream in the fridge here .. and since my young cousins who usually live here are gone for the while, I think the fridge will also be included in my BFFL groupie. ♥

Ew, haircut tomorrow for me as well, says my mum. She doesn't like my 'pointy' hair. Or so she says. Apparently it looks messy and yeahs. So off to Quang's probably I go! :'(

And thanks to Wilson. I'm going to be an unhealthy little fella until new years. Talk to you guys on msn until 6 in the morning yeah? I'm going to need to seriously find something fun to do until then. Good thing I brought my R4 usb thing/movies and movies and movies. I'm going to get their internet capped tdm.

Vivian is gone now as well, too bad. I could've made her stay up with me as well. I didn't even get to talk to her much before the day she left! Arghs, rage.
I hope that little fag is having fun over in Vietnam :)
I miss you already. (U)
I miss home too, T____T .

Christmas & Nail Polish
Friday, December 25, 2009 || 9:31 PM

Blood Red nails are hot.
My lovely cousin Mea did my nails for me whilst I was over today.

So it's been yet another year, and another Christmas Day has just gone by with only a couple hours left til Boxing Day. I always thought that Boxing Day is a day for Boxing, actually is it? I never had the chance to actually find out.

I'm sure all you dear blog readers out there did something fun today for Christmas, yes? For those who didn't, just think of it as you just saved your pumped up energy for the mega stocktake sales to come!

Although last night I told everyone whilst wishing them a Merry Christmas to not binge eat/drink just because it's Christmas, I'm utterly disappointing to say that I did it myself. (Excluding the drinking part) It was at my cousin, Luk's cousin house where this frustrating act was carried out, and there was no one to blame sadly but myself. (Lol, and maybe the person who made the super yummy potato salad)
I'd have to say, his Mawson Lakes house looked even better than last time I visited! Which was quite a long while ago. Tianna, his girlfriend's daughter was looking adorable in her little Santa outfit! There was so much food, I think I probably put on at least an extra 10 kilos today. So much for diet diet diet ! during the holidays hey?

When it was time to unwrap the presents, and damn there were heaps, everyone was overflowing with excitement. Tianna, that little spoilt child probably had 890803 presents. From my memory, she was given 2 lego sets, a DKNY & Ralph Lauren Top, Polo shoes, plus heaps of Little Miss products + more. Luk on the other hand received like, an awesome pair of Reebok Pumps, these Nike kicks and heaps more! Mea opened her presents to reveal two absolutely stunning pair of shoes! I swear these guys are so lucky.

Back to the food now yes? There were éclairs, fondues, and much much more.
I'm going to make myself sick if I talk about anymore food.

My Christmas day overall over there was filled with a gazillion webcam poses, eating, random photo shots, eating, solving a 50 piece Bambi puzzle, eating, playing LEGO with Tianna, eating, and .. I guess you could say more eating? :)

SO MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL MY READERS, AND WHO EVER'S READING :)
I hope everyone received what they wanted for Christmas this year. I know I didn't, hahah! Except for the ice cream maker, but I'm too broke to get anyone else anything anyways, so it was screw Christmas shopping this year! Hopefully next year's Xmas will be even better though!

Love you all, helenkim
Oh and the dogs are adorable, can you spot 3? :)

Merry Christmas Eve Everyone
Thursday, December 24, 2009 || 2:34 PM

This is year is another gay year. It doesn't feel like Christmas, it hasn't felt like Christmas for a couple of years for me now.

My camera is still broken from yesterday. The model is NIKON S220.
I believe there is sand jammed inside the lenses from the beach and I've tried tapping it and everything, wells maybe not everything but yeah. It says Lens Errors on the screen aswell. And I don't want to get it professionally fixed because I'm just cheap. I'm too noob to take it apart as well.
Google says its a common situation, getting debris and sand into the lenses but if it's so common, why isn't there a common solution?

Any suggestions on how to fix it anyone? Please comment above.
Thanks loads :-)

Screw you, I'm no liar /daggers
Wednesday, December 23, 2009 || 10:23 PM

Today's forecast: 42 degrees
Helen's forecast: -9328490823094 degrees
I reckon I'm more accurate.

Vivian is such a loser, ditching us for Harbour Town. But it was with her family so there was nothing we could do. Today a couple of pretty ladies, jerks (minus Steven (Y) ) and I went down to the bay, expecting it to be super hot and perfect for the beach. It was the total opposite so we sorta just chilled at the beachhouse for a lot of the time. Oh but down the beach, Wilson lost his $30. Nothing suss there, yes? I had a third of that money, somewhere none of them would get it. Mwhahas. But I ended up shouting him it with it anyways so (A).

On the way down to the bay, Sarah, Julie, Bec & I all squished into the back of Julie's sister's boyfriend's Mercedes. Hahah, somehow we managed it. As soon as we arrived at the beach, we dashed out and went straight to the bumperboats down at the beachhouse. THAT WAS AWESOME. It was so cold though, so gay much? :/ Hahah, the waterslides were pretty fun I reckon. I went down there twice, once on the three person raft with Sarah & Julie, and then the next time with Steven. It was awkward screaming with Steven though, because he didn't scream .. wonder how Wilson & Ken managed together, winks. Bec was being a douche and didn't want to go on any of the slides.

Bec went back home early, and Julie and Sarah followed. Those little arseholes. I couldn't go back home because 1. My brother was at a birthday party 2. My mum worked late today 3. My dad usually never gets home til quite late and 4. I forgot the house keys, facepalm. Consequently, I just chilled with the three peeps. We had to run for the tram to the next tram stop but missed it. And whilst waiting for the next one, we kept looking for chicks for Wilson to pick up but there were none, wells none suitable anyways.

Our idea of suitable:
-Single, and ready to mingle
-Young, in her teenage years
-We were aiming for the "bigger" type of ladies.

Anyways the tram came before we managed to find anyone, tram back was gay too. I was so bored and tired. Because we had heaps of time to kill, I wanted to crash at Wilson's place and finally, "finally", meet his younger sister Emily. She's so adorable. She sounds so adorable too! I swear I'm not a pedo. I was so excited :D But nope, didn't happen because Ken decided to go off the tram too. DAGGERS. I swear, that was probably my only chance ever to meet her ..
So he said he knew people working at Citi Zen, a Chinese restaurant nearby & I was feeling hungry but it wasn't open. Gay. Gay. Gay. Then! Who the hell decided to go to TTP again? But anyways, we went shopping, at Trims! No, actually it was more like me dressing the two up. In dresses. And lol! No comment there at all. You can take a look for yourself my dear readers.

We went to Myer as well, because of Christmas trading hours it was still open, I helped Wilson buy a late birthday present for Bonet, which I really hope she'll like and sneaked a bikini into the males change rooms, for Wilson. See below.

That was probably the highlight of my day, seriously. LMFAO.

By this time it was around 6 and decided to leave the two fags and go home. Hah, but the change of plans at the busstop, I convinced the two to come onto the bus who thought that "we" were going to TTP. But I really had no intention of going there .. it was already late enough. But I felt bad for Wilson and went (I'm not liar there am I?). Lucky I didn't get into too much crap :) & No one would've been home anyways.

skdjflksdjkl enough blabbing now, I had to make up several excuses for my dad to pick me up from TTP. During the wait, went Tunza Fun. I wanted more ice cream, and wedges. But nopes, didn't get any. Went for a nice cool coffee at Gloria Jeans instead. Mine was feral. I can't take coffee, especially without heaps of sugar.

I shall end it here.
Have a great Christmas Eve tmr, and good luck with last minute presents, (yes, especially for me!) :)

I OWL CITY

Zzzz, I'm so bored, everyone's gone out today and I cbf replying to Peter, because he replies so slow. I still have to finish learning how to play River Flows in You. And it's not coming along very well because my high C key on the piano is screwing up on me. I'm probably only halfway through the song though, argghhs due tomorrow too, and I don't have time to practise tomorrow due to Ice Skating. I wish my mum would hurry up and come home as well. I want to eat the durian in the fridge, but I don't know how to cut it open. What if when I open it, something weird is in it?! Like that disturbing photo to the right off this girl's deviantart?!
/RAGES. TODAY IS HOT HOT HOT BABES.

I've been blogging a lot lately.
I've been missing people a lot lately.

It's a beautiful day
Sunday, December 20, 2009 || 5:17 PM

Have I mentioned this? My piano teacher told me to learn how to play River Flows in You within 5 days. So far I'm fairly okay with the first page so I guess that's alright. She's going to sing the words for Tong Hua with me, whilst I play it next week. So I have to get the rhythm right for that as well. But I love playing it, it's so nice & easy. AND I HAVENT PRACTISED MY EXAM SONGS. GG? ):
Wells I still have tomorrow I guess, and Tuesday morning to practise so hopefully it'd be alright. (yn)

Was meant to post this up a while ago. Hahah, Wilson's printscreen. Wonder how the rest of his and Thanh's convo went last night, winks.

At times, not knowing is better than knowing
|| 12:06 PM

Sometimes I wish we were like others, where you can tell each other anything and everything. You tell me everything, all of your problems but I know that I can't share with you any of mine. So then you probably think I don't have any despair at all in my life. I do.
Last night was just, fucked up. Literally.
That was the first time I cried myself to sleep for ages. Urghs, its so not me.
If I just don't say anything, you would keep raging on at me. I know that I'm wrong goddamit, but you don't have to always go so far with everything. It's annoying. I'm still only a child. I don't want to grow up, because then I would have to live up to your expectations which I really don't I can do, but I try. I really do. I can't handle everything, yet you load me with so much crap from your life.
And you know what?
He is an asshole, he doesn't care about anything anymore. And you, wells just .. yeah.

This isn't something I can really talk to friends about either, so what am I supposed to do?
F M L

**Sorry readers, I really don't like posting emotional blogs but its just to get it out of my system, and wells it is my blog so who gives a shit. At times like these, Wilson's songs really do come in handy.

I see you.
Saturday, December 19, 2009 || 6:50 PM

So a couple minutes ago, I just got home from watching Avatar with Tran, Rita, Khoa, Sang, and the two kids. Tin, who I don't personally know was meant to be there, be there with Rita. But noooo - unfortunately, very unfortunately he wasn't.

The movie went on for ages, like literally ages. Towards the end of the movie I kept checking my phone to see what time the movie would've ended. double sighs
Furthermore! I didn't even understand half of the movie. The little kids, aka my brother and Tran's brother, Nhan, started chucking popcorn at me and co. And then more food came over from the other side, yeah pretty much from Khoa. Massive daggers.

Then a massive massive food fight started to occur. Popcorn & BBQ flavoured chips went everywhere. And I just started stuffing myself with it. I'm such a fatty. smiles :)

Oh and not to mention, I mixed drinks as well. Like how those hot hot bartenders do in bars you know? winks Ha ha ha .. no I'm joking, frozen coke mixed with popcorn & chips. Yummy. We all had a try and I think I'm even sicker now.
So as a result, we missed out on all the important bits of the movie :(
RITA'S FAULT, she went away to sit with this guy who unexpectedly came out of his own will. And .. yes we so didn't spend a quarter of the time trying to see if they were up to anything. When I got home I ate more. Better exercise after writing this.

ENDXOOOOORZ.

A classic girl's-day-out
|| 12:21 AM

Vivian, can you see? I am finally blogging about it. Smiley face.

So this Wedneday yes, I went out with dear Vivian to town. It was our first outing ever together! Wells alone anyways :) And damn fun it was. Wouldn't mind going back and doing everything all over again. Before actually meeting up with her, I actually missed a few buses. Gg much, especially on a 39 degrees day, and I saw it drive pass with my own eyes. But lucky only about two minutes after, a bus came heading towards TTP, so my natural human instincts told me to get the fuck out of the heat and so I rode on that bus. Shit, it took forever to get there. And the busdriver missed out interchange too so another girl my age and me had to walk all the way back to the interchange (which was only about 10 minutes walk anyways).

Lets skip to meeting Vivian shall we? Okay, so I walked down Rundle and walking towards me, who do I see? A super pretty girl? oh its just Miss Vivian Nguyen. And so we headed off to purchase the Christmas presents for her JAYVIBEE2 girls. After ages of browsing, we eat. Wells ate, ate Sumo Salad. Cause it looked healthy and .. interesting (Y).
/Pukes, the pumpkin one is yucky. I knew we should've gotten Wedges! /shiftyeyes.
After a bit more of shopping for Xmas gifts, we head off to indulge ourselves with obviously what every girl loves, food clothes! Dotti, Sportsgirl, David Jones and etc. We took over them all.

And then after countless hours of trying on clothes, and not purchasing anything, oh wait I did buy an Adidas top though, Annie joined us because Bec had to go home. Then we wondered around a bit more but Vivian and I were feeling hungry so off to Chinatown it was! Watermelon bbt is actually quite nice, but I never manage to completely finish a bbt drink, does anyone? Oh and then we Sushi Trained as well. I was short $2.50 ROFL even though I only ate one dish. Annie didn't eat, Vivian ate like two? Hahah oh I wasn't satisfied at all. Then it was home home home home home.
Because my mother is such a worrywart. Thinks I'm going to stay out late and party down Hindley til I get laaaaaid. I'm joking. Hahah, the late-night convo with Thao and Thanh are making me say these sorta things ):

Avatar tomorrow, and ffs "she" better make it.

The DS invasion
Friday, December 18, 2009 || 5:53 PM

Have you noticed how many kids play with their DS these days? Its like craaazy.
So I went to Nam's grad party a few days ago (he's an effing piano genius), and oh gosh, this is a sight you have you see for yourself. Picture below.

By the way, I don't know these kids but they're all sisters apparently. Each one has a DS, how scary :/ , I mean I share DSes with my brother but he plays it most of the time. Compared to COD, Dota and etc, DS are even more hardcore I swear, because its portable! For example, who would be bothered taking a laptop with wireless internet whereever they go? But hah, they would take a DS. Kids secretly play it when they're in bed, in the toilet, even while they're .. yeah lets not go there.
Kids these days need to get a life. AHAH. I'm joking, or am I ? ^o)

happy late birthday simon
|| 5:21 PM

I seriously need to catch up on my blogging, so I think I'm going to post maybe a couple of blogs today to make up for it.

Okay, so around last week this time was my brother's 10th birthday! They had it at laser skirmish and although I really really wanted to play as well, I couldn't because I had to help out my parents with the other stuff whilst the kiddos were off playing. Simon got heaps of presents too, oh that lucky bastard. And since lots of Asian kids came, most of them gave CHINGCHONGMONEY! He received over $100 from that. And to add to that, he also was given a Ripstik from my cousin, that costed over $100 as well. Another ultra cool thing was this FF Cloud figurine from some other kid. Gah, drools its so nice.

Hahah, did you know that the customised birthday cakes at Michel's Patisserie with pictures on top of them aren't edible? Wells the picture at least isnt, its goddamn plastic. Costs about an extra $20 for just the picture as well. Rip much?

Wanna know what I got him? Clothing from E-SPIRIT kids. They look so poshy poshy and nice, oh I love dressing my brother up because he has a figure that suits everything, lucky kunt. Costed me around $70 for his presents, and they were on sale too >:/

Pedos on the tram goes round and round ..
Friday, December 11, 2009 || 10:27 PM

This blog shall be about .. two days ago I think it was. I think it was a Wednesday.

Anyways! On this day, I went to out with a whole bunch of Adelaide High kiddos to celebrate Sally, Nam & Henry's birthday? I only knew Sally out of the three though so it was a tad bit .. awkward you could say. Oh but there was no more awkwardness by the end of the day. I actually had heaps of fun! Many of the people I expected to be there weren't there /glares at Vivian.

I bussed it to town to meet up with dear old Bec for a coffee at Gloria Jeans, but most of the time we just did random crap until 1. Like like, the Magic Cave place at David Jones, their fairy floss was humongous. I dropped my phone around this time too, in the David Jones toilets ..

Helen: "Bec! I dropped my phone in the toilet! D:"
Bec (who was waiting in the waiting room) : "WHAT?! HOW ? O_O"
Helen: "Umms .. wells it was in my back pocket and .. yeah"
Bec: "Ewwwwwwww! And you picked it up?!"
Helen: "Yeah .. nothing was in the toilet though LOL"

My phone is working fine now though, I did that rice soaking thing Bonet told me about, seemed to have worked!

David Jones phucking owns MYERS.

/Skips to the meeting up part.

This was sooo awkward, I completely stuck with Bec for about 5 minutes here because I was the only non Adelaide higher .. and I didn't know the other people very well too until Sally came, and then I gave her the trilby which I guess now has everyone's hair germs all over it and the balloon. There was a cake fight, I ate three slices, it was pretty decent. No one else seemed to eat .. ):

The tram ride to the bay, Bec ditched me here but turns out I got along with everyone so it was fineeee. Oh and you know what? Birthday Girl got hit on. Big time. By a hobo pedo old man. ROFL I JUST CRACKED UP. PHOTO BELOW BABES.

THE BAY WAS FUN, I barely touched the sand but woot. Bonet and I kinda ditched the whole group (which wasnt as big now, a lot of girls didn't go to the bay so it was mainly guys?) and we went to BankSA, and just had a nice talk the whole way. Fun fun fun. <3
Got shouted icecream by Deon too! What a surprise :O , and Reina was working there! Avoided having to shout Ken ice-cream at least 8)

HAHAHH THE TRAM BACK - went on I think it was Steven's & Nam's phones? for facebook. I think facebook has officially dominated the world by now. And we checked out people's photos on it. AND BAHAHS, WILSON'S YEAR 8 ID.

Loving the smile/haircut duude :D

Was this a long post? I tried to trim it down. D:
Next post will be about ice-cream, and ice-cream only. Stay tuned folks!

Everything is never like it seems

Don't count down the days, make the days count.

Title: A quote off a friend of mine, it's nice isn't it?

Yesterday morning I went to Pennington to get the end of year award and pretty much just "had a cuppa" with Son and Julie for most of the time outside. Ken was a loser & just watched the "intense game of handball" instead. Ahah, we had 9 raffle tickets between us and no one won anything as well. Fucking rigged much?

And then it was the BBQ. Jenny, Eric and I pretty much knew no one. All the random kids looked like they were having so much fun .. but oh wells, at least the food was nice?
Then it was off to Vee's afterwards, oh gosh when I arrived there they made me stay. I swear it was actually pretty scary. ROFLMAO. So then I stayed instead of going off to Julie's and the other party.
Should've went to the other one actually, because the later it got, the more randoms whom I didn't know showed up so it got kinda boring :/
Yes (insert 9823920893 of ppl's names), I should've listened to you. -___-"

As of this, Jenny and I decided to crash over at Duyen's place instead. Just watching her and her family was like a tv show, it was so perfect. None of those perfect family things, like walking the dog and stuff would ever happen in my household for sure.

And then! When I arrived home, there were more good news coming my way, wells good news for a specific someone that is. I was happy to hear it though.

You guys have such awesome lives.
I'm so happy for everyone

A Paranormal Activity indeed
Friday, December 4, 2009 || 8:22 PM

Dearest Tiffany, I hope you had a safe trip to Hong Kong, looking forward to hearing from you soon boy.

And so, I got slyed out today, phuck you. Lol.
Today I thought we were going to watch Zombieland, which I heard is pretty crappy anyways. But instead, we watched Paranormal Activity.
And they quote: "If I said we were watching Paranormal Activity you would've never came anyways."
Ahaha, they're right actually. I'm pretty pussy.
Anyways the movie wasn't even that good, it gave me a headache cause it's not like a movie you know, more of like a first-person homemade film so the camera never stayed still most of the time. I thought it was going to be scarier too, the last few parts were sorta freaky but that was it. Or maybe it was because I didn't look at the scary parts which made it not as freaky, but yeah I have to admit, maybe I flinched once .. or twice .. or maybe a couple of times -.-"

Wooh, I hadn't seen that gay fag for ages, points below.

Anyways I found out that it takes me approx. 1 hour just to bus from my house to Arndale, with a total of three different buses to change onto.

Wells school was out on Thursday and tomorrow's going to be so busy, awards ceremony (which I'm going to bludge most of maybe), BBQ, and a party /sighs.
Actually I don't know about the party, might as well just screw both of them aye? Since my screwed up dad will only let me stay out until 8, hahs. Rolls eyes.
