To fly (iiiiiiiiiiiiiii)
Monday, January 31, 2011 || 9:33 PM

Following my
sweet 16th birthday party (which I will try to blog about soon!), I am now pretty much obsessed with
Nicki Minaj's songs which were repeatedly requested for on the playlist.
Roman's Revenge, Fly, Moment 4 life. Note: I usually dislike listening to female singers repeatedly but Nicki here is a major exception. Like a friend said - 'she's like a ghetto version of Lady Gaga'.
I have also decided that I will now aim to blog more since nobody does anymore (Yes I know what you're thinking -
that's what they all say) In a way I think that's good. Since everyone has moved to Tumblr or so - blogger would now revert to more of what it previously was before the craze with writing blogs, a more private little society.
I'm not sure if this is the case with anyone else, but I find that this fact is particularly apparent in relation to the various blogs who I used to associate with quite frequently.
I can also see that there was no reply to my previous post. How awkward. Guess I'm the only one here with such an awesome life... virtually.

Maplestory
Wednesday, January 26, 2011 || 12:33 AM
As some of you(s) may know, lately I have been really into this online RPG game - Maplestory.
I started playing this game around 2008 or 2009 for a bit but then I stopped because it got boring and it took forever to level up. But now that my brother has started playing himself he dragged me back into this fantasy world. I have to admit. I'm a tad bit addicted.
At the moment I am at level 42. But I'm aiming to get to level 50 by the end of holidays.

BUDDY ME!
Happy Birthday Nga!
Friday, January 21, 2011 || 1:05 PM
You know those moments where you just get all high out of nowhere and people are all like wtf you been smokin lately & jack? Yeah I had another one of them last night.
And because around that time was first hour of my lovely friend Nga Nguyen's birthday I randomly decided to send her a text message saying something like..
"I'm going to challenge myself to wish you a hbd in every way I'm capable of doing. Prepare yourself."
First I posted on her wall.
Next was the text message.
Then I think I called her.
Afterwards I said Happy Birthday to her on MSN.
I emailed her.
I put it on my MSN personal message.
I put it as my Facebook status.
I twittered her - I don't think she noticed.
Just then I Facebook inboxed her.
And I Formspring-ed her.
I was gonna Bebo her but I think she deleted hers.
Myspace.. I forgot my pw.
Tumblr? Don't have that.
Am I missing anything?
Oh, HAPPY BIRTHDAY NGA :)))
A day with the JelenKimmie bud.

They say that its dangerous to meet up with someone you met over the internet.
Wells, a couple years back at the beginning of 2009 I took this risk. Stupid of me I know, what if this online friend was instead a 50 year old pedophile or something like that? I met up with Jaymee Kim who I had met on Bebo randomly in Year 8 (
back when we all had mullets ....) for the first time in person. This was in Sydney.
And she turned out to be a normal girl, haha! And it actually felt like it wasn't really the first time both of us had met each other at all. We took Caps (sticker photos) drank Easyway (bubble tea) and I promised I'd visit her again for sure in 2 years time.
Me, being the awesome person I am /cough, kept that promise and we met again (like last week) at the beginning of 2011. Although it had been two years since we'd last met each other, we talked and acted like friends who saw each other frequently. I swear that day was one of my most favourite days during my holidays. We met at Liverpool like last time, caught public transport to the city, drooled over the cute (& expensive..) Korean stores we'd passed on the way, bought oversized $10 lace shorts each and made our way to Capitols - the ultimate sticker photo/ asian skill tester place.

Bought ourselves each a matching Mario Bros Mushroom. (Mine is red, hers is pink)
And wondered around Market City looking for Pepper Lunch for a long long time. Oh and I have to add, if any of yous go to Sydney's Chinatown - you have to try Emperor's custard buns? Or something like that? It's only 30cents each or 4 for $1. Baked freshly, hot and with custard inside.
And then on our way back home - some guy fell into the train tracks whilst the train we were in was passing by. Don't worry - he didn't die.
And so, I made another promise to definitely be back in Sydney when I'm 18 :))
Looking forward to next time,
♥Jelen Kimmie buddieeeeeee.

I love Vivian :)
Sydney, in last week.
|| 3:20 AM
K so, those two weeks in which I was in Sydney. They feel as though they had never happened.
I really wish I could go back again though.
The
highlights of the trip would most definitely be the
food, food, food, shopping and seeing Angie & Jaymee once again! But no seriously, I am completely broke. I think I literally bought a whole new wardrobe of clothes there. Want to see the digits? Of course you do.
So I bought ..
5 dresses
3 bras (snatched a mossimo one for only 13 dollars! heh heh)
9 tops
1 playsuit
2 pairs of shorts
pants x 1
3 jackets ... plus more possibly
2 pairs of shoes
I'm too afraid to calculate the cost. But my receipt filled wallet would give you an idea.
& FOOD?
Knowing me, this is a whole section dedicated to it.
In Cabramatta, this was my favourite Pho restaurant.
They only serve one type of buns there, the coffee bun. $2.20. Also located in Cabra. My brother's favourite snack there.
This is at the Japanese restaurant next to the Kinokuniya bookstore. It's so popular that we had to que for around half an hour for it. Apparently their Ramen is really really, nice.
Their Ebi-Don
Yakisoba Omlette
A Thai / Laos restaurant in Canley Vale called 3 Hippos.
You won't find any other crispy chicken tastier than the ones here.Oh theres a que here too.
Just wanna say, I love this drink.
Pepper Lunch! Located somewhere near Town Hall. You cook the lunch yourself on a hot plate.
This is all for a brief update. It's currently 3:20 AM. Sleep? Yes pleaseeeeeeeee.
